Cordis Sapphire WW - Carotid Stenting

The purpose of this study is to collect data about patients' medical experiences and conditions following treatment of carotid stenosis (blockage) using a Cordis carotid stent system and embolic protection system. 10,000 participants in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific will be involved in this post-market surveillance study.
