Main Sanford Vascular Associates Clinic Location

Our primary clinic is located on the first floor of Sanford USD Medical Center.  The physical address is 1305 W. 18th Street, Sioux Falls, SD  57105.  Dr. Greg Schultz and Dr. Pat Kelly provide clinic and surgical services from this location. 

We encourage our patients to utilize the free Valet Service that is available at the front entrance of Sanford USD Medical Center. 

Additionally, the physicians have privileges and provide surgical services at hospitals throughout the region, including Avera McKennan in Sioux Falls, SD, Prairie Lakes Healthcare System, Watertown, SD, and St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
